Aw shux, one of my favorite male actors is now behind the camera directing videos. Actor, fine azzzz Larenz Tate is the director of Melanie Fiona’s new video ‘Wrong Side Of A Love Song.’ The video features upcoming actor ‘Omari Hardwich‘(Sparkle, For Colored Girl’s) who is also a fine piece of a male specimen… LOL

“Toyiah Marquis” was a singer in the nationally recognized R&B singing group Che. A group that traveled throughout the US with many reputable artists such as The Chi-lites, The Emotions, The Stylistics, CeCe Peninston, Twista, Public Announcement and many more acts in their 14 year history of being in the music industry. Additionally, LaToya “Toyiah Marquis” is a SAG credited Actress with credits ranging from TV to film, best known for her role in the motion picture "Barbershop" where she played "Samir's Wife." Also a published co-author of 2 (two) highly-acclaimed children’s books “Not fat because I wanna be,” & “Stand Up! Bully Busters....coming to town” which she wrote with her then 6-year-old daughter, Award-Winning, Author, LaNiyah Bailey. She is also responsible for the development and success of RCA Records recording artist Jawan Harris; whom she managed from the age of 5 to 12 years old alongside Multi-Platinum, super-producer “Kaygee” from the legendary hip-hop group “Naughty By Nature.” Currently, “Toyiah Marquis” is the Executive Director of The G.L.A.R.E (Girls Loving And Respecting Everyone) Club which is a not-for-profit organization which mentors teen girls throughout the Chicago land area and owner of the nationally known Entertainment News resource Known to many as an "Entrepreneurial Hustler." “Toyiah Marquis,” has many notches in her belt which range from experience in Artist Management, Writing, Import/Export, Cosmetics, Marketing and Publishing.
