Sources are saying Simon Cowell has been on the hunt for a replacement for L.A. Reid’s spot on X-Factor, and it looks like Ne-yo is in talks to take his place.

“I think it would be a great, great thing, I don’t want to talk too much about it, because I don’t want to get in no trouble,” he told EXTRA. “Conversatio

ns have been had, but that’s about it. If it happens, I’d be more then willing to do so. I feel like I’ve been around long enough to have some vital information for someone on the way up, definitely.”

This would be an EXCELLENT fit for the X-Factor! He is so well rounded and diversed in the music industry when it comes to singing, producing, writing, dancing, etc. I think they made a bad move when they added Brittany Spears and the other young INEXPERIENCED chick who Sim-on kept fighting with.
