Rolling Out, reports that during this week’s episode of “Love & Hip Hop” fans got to, sadly, witness Yandy Smith & Mendeecees Harris family pulled apart as Harris turned himself into police for drug trafficking charges. Now, in a new interview with VH1 Smith reveals that Harris is currently incarcerated and explains how she’s dealing with the matter.

“Yeah, it’s hard. It’s absolutely hard. It’s hard when you kind of see your life flash before you. I know the life that we live together which has been like a storybook, like a fairytale with ups and downs of course, but it’s been good, and the love has been good, so for something like this to happen and to happen now, it’s like, “Ugh, why!” said Smith. “And you know you read about it with all the articles everywhere talking about the engagement. This case is from all these years ago. It’s just like, why now? You know? That’s just how I feel, like, why now of all times?”

Smith explains that she and Harris have put their wedding plans on, for now, but she says that, right now, she’s just focused on making it through the case and, some days, just making it through the lonely nights.

Well, Smith certainly isn’t alone in this kind of tragic situation. Check out some other celebrity women who have stood by their men during legal dramas below.

why now ? bc he didnt go to court jail for his crimes back when he committed them. yandy you area Howard Univ alum. you are a mother now. your priority needs to be your son first last always. get a short weave, take out the contacts, and get a lower profile job. you will have less drama.
